We have had a fun week preparing to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord!
All week we worked through a special book with Resurrection Eggs. This was Jacob's first year with the eggs and it was a favorite activity. Each night they had an egg to open that told them a piece of the story of the Resurrection.
Then we made Resurrection bread consisting of marshmallows wrapped in dough to represent Christ's body placed in the tomb (oven). Once baked the "tomb" is empty!
Dying eggs
Caleb just got to watch this year.
Easter morning
We had to hunt for eggs and take pictures inside this year due to the cold rain.
This 1st Easter has tuckered Caleb out!
Happy Easter from the Morgan family! He is risen indeed!!!!

Love the sweet smiles as they found eggs but especially Luke's since I could see his missing tooth!!Love and miss you all, but especially at these special times of year!! MUUUUUAAAAAHHHHWWW!!
Such fun! I miss doing all of those traditions with my siblings!:( I'm glad the weather didn't keep you from your egg hunt :) Love and miss you all!!
