In order to fit 4 children in our home, Gracie and baby brother in the two cribs had to move to the bigger bedroom. Luke and Ben's beds needed to be bunked to fit into the smaller bedroom. Needless to say, there was a lot of shuffling and sorting and cleaning on Saturday! Gracie stayed home with us and played and "helped" while Daddy did all the heavy lifting and moving and Mommy sorted and cleaned.
The boys are so funny. A few weekends ago Grandma and Grandpa Morgan came to visit, but got in late Friday night after the kids went to sleep. When I told the boys that they would see them when they woke up....I had no idea where their brains would take that information! But a few moments later when they were praying they both prayed thanking God that their baby brother was going to arrive that night!!! I had to quickly correct them, that Grandma and Grandpa were just coming for a visit, not a birth yet! The same thing happened when I explained to them the night before our Saturday that they would be with Andy and Emily all day....once again they got the idea that brother was on his way! Can you tell how excited they are?
Luke had been talking for weeks about how excited he was to be on the top bunk since he is the oldest! That night though was a different story, and it took some encouragement and lots of practice runs before he was ready to go to sleep. Now he is excited because he just pretends he is a firefighter on a ladder truck!
Daddy is helping coach Luke how to ascend to his bed!
Ready to sleep in our bunk beds!
We still have a bit of work left to finish their rooms and get ready for baby brother, but we are one step closer thanks to our sweet friends! Thank you Andy and Emily!!!

What great friends you have. The bunk beds make the boys seem much older. Gracie is such a cute helper!
