This morning we had our ultrasound appointment for Baby Morgan #5! Turns out it looks like HE is a healthy little boy! Watch out boys, Gracie will never be allowed to date with FOUR brothers!!!
The kids were all thrilled to hear that he is healthy and growing well, currently estimated at 14 ounces! The appointment was horrible and not with the usual ultrasound technician. The fill-in tech had no bedside manner at all, and really had us scared that something was seriously wrong. Our little guy was also not cooperating a whole lot, with legs crossed and hiding behind my belly button/cord....so our pictures did not turn out very good. We are not even positive it is indeed a boy, although we do think it probably is another brother. Due to the rough appointment, our MD has already scheduled us for a repeat ultrasound at 28 weeks so we will feel a bit more at ease and have better pictures!
So, just for fun....here is a picture of our boys being boys. Jake was a mess after lunch one day so I ended up taking off his shirt. Well of course the older boys wanted to play and read with their shirts off too. Gracie was sorely disappointed when she found out she needed to keep hers on!
But, being a girl does have its perks. Like pretending you are a Mommy and carrying your baby around in your tummy like Mommy!
20+ weeks, less than halfway left to go!!!! Thank you Lord for news on our healthy baby Boy! Help him continue to grow and develop properly under your watchful care.

Yay for boys!!! (And girls, too...but we have a partiality to boys!) Gracie is just too cute as a little Mommy....and those boys...well, they would fit in well here in the tropics! Love you all and can't wait to meet our new nephew in a few months!!!
Yay for a healthy ultrasound! So happy to hear about another Kerger on its way! We love you guys!
Congratulations on another boy!!!
Oh so sorry it wasn't the best appointment...but congratulations on another BOY! Praying for a better experience at 28 weeks! Love the picture of the kiddos looking at the ultrasound pictures. I'm sure they could pick out more features than me!
Congratulations on another boy! I am so glad to hear you get another ultra sound in a few weeks. Gracie- we will be thinking of you during your teenage years. So sorry you will never be able to date :) (I'm sure your Daddy won't be complaining about that)
