My Dad, called "Papa" was here for almost a whole week with us! He came to visit and be here with us for Jeff's swearing in ceremony. We had so much fun with him. We swam in a real pool several times and Papa helped give Luke and Ben swimming lessons. The boys had so much fun playing with Papa and having him read to them. Gracie was a bit overwhelmed at first, but she warmed up to him pretty quick. It was such a special time for all of us. It makes living so far away from family that much harder. I kept teasing my Mom saying that we were going to kidnap Papa and not take him back to the airport! We love you Papa, thanks for coming to visit with us!

We know first hand how special it is to have Papa around. Glad you could enjoy him. Maybe someday you will move closer and we can all share him more frequently :-) Love you guys and miss you.
Makes me miss him so much! Seeing him swim with the kids reminds me of him swimming with us when we were little. So glad you had such a nice time with him....can't wait for him to come for a visit to our home someday! Love you!
