My Dad has been visiting us this week for Jeff's swearing in. Papa is an amazing photographer and we took advantage of this to take some very special photos of Gracie. He took over 200 photos, so I tried to pick my favorites!
The dress she is wearing was made by my Maternal Grandmother, "Grammy." It was made as a present for my Mom's cousin when she was a baby. My Mom's cousin recently gave this dress to my sister Reagan for her baby shower. Reagan's daughter is Gracie's cousin Tessa Phyllis. Phyllis was Grammy's name!

Anyway, Reagan and Tessa were sweet enough to offer to loan the dress to Gracie so she could have a few pictures in something her Great-Grammy made! Gracie is also wearing a very special bracelet in the photos. It was a gift to her from her Grammy, my Mom. The bracelet was given to my Mom by her Grandmother. Both my Mom and and her Grandmother are named Rebecca (which is why our Gracie's middle name is Rebekah)!
So, in these photos Gracie is being hugged by her Cousin Tessa, Aunt Reagan, Mommy, Grammy, her Great-Grammy, and her Great-Great Grandmother!

Sweet Gracie shines in a very special way in these photos. Maybe she knows she is loved by us and all her other Grams along the way! The list of whats and whos may confuse some, but the one constant is that the love of family is a foundation to hold onto and cherish...so grateful I can be a part of that love and legacy...always and forever, Grammy II
