Horses!

We were finally able to follow through with the 2nd part of Luke's birthday wish, to see a real horse! A sweet friend of ours and her Mom allowed us to visit yesterday morning and meet one of their horses named Dreamy! Kathy and her husband Brian were introduced to us by some mutual friends. Kathy and her husband are in the process of waiting to adopt a precious baby girl from Ethiopia. They are currently waiting for their court date and travel time, so please join us in prayer for this sweet family!

The boys were hesitant at first. Luke would not even go near the horse to pet him, but Ben would pet and even helped brush Dreamy. Then, the story changed and Ben did not want to ride Dreamy, but Luke did! (Ben of course changed his mind once he saw Luke riding!!)

Then, as we left, we got to meet the resident pig, Louise!
