2 x Two!!!

Today we celebrated the 2nd birthday of our precious baby boy Ben! Yes, that is right for the next three months, we officially have two- two year olds in the Morgan household!! We were planning on taking a trip back to the zoo, but our household has been sick this last week....even poor Clara has been pretty sick! We will take a rain check on the zoo for another day. The weather has been so amazing here in Raleigh this week, mostly in the 70's, so we took a family trip to a park instead.

Here are a few fun photos of the boys enjoying our afternoon outing.

After our trip to the park, we came home to open birthday presents.

Luke did such a good job being patient while Ben got to open all the presents. He did get to help occasionally, and Ben is pretty good at sharing his presents too.

Ben loves his leapfrog alphabet pal, each of the feet corresponds to a letter of the alphabet, it also sings, he loves it!!!

To finish the day we all enjoyed birthday cupcakes. The birthday boy seemed to enjoy making quite a mess with his icing!

Big brother Luke enjoyed the cupcakes too, but he was quite particular about not getting icing all over himself like his little brother!

Thank you Lord for the gift of our son Ben, for the gift of two years! Thank you that this year he was home with us to celebrate, and that we won't miss any more birthdays ever again!
Love,
Morgan Family

Happy Birthday, Ben! Looks like you guys have a weed problem just like us. Our kids are growing like weeds, too. Is there anything out there to slow this down? Oh, well, I guess it's for the best! Miss you guys!
