Apple Picking!!!

This month we put together a fun field trip to an apple orchard.

We participated in apple taste testing, an apple cider press demonstration and apple cider tasting.

All of the kids got to try their hand and turning the cider press.

The last time we had a field trip to this orchard was when Luke was five, Ben was four, Gracie was under two, and Jacob was only six months! How time flies!

We had a fun hayride to the orchards.

Fresh apples are the best!

We also got to try delicious apple cider slushies!

Then we had a fun picnic lunch and played on the tire swings.

We had a great day playing and learning together as a family.
