In January we had our first real experience with a broken bone in the Morgan home! (Technically Ben had the first broken bone, but it was the tip of his finger and did not require a cast.)
We actually have no idea how he hurt his right arm. He is such a climber and so active, we can't even pinpoint the exact time he broke his arm. He was still climbing and playing with a broken (radial bone) arm, we just noticed that he was eating with his left hand and fussing when we dressed him or tried to put his arm through the car seat buckle.
Isaac was not slowed down a bit! Thankfully, he has plenty of older siblings that were willing to help him eat, since left handed eating was a struggle.
Isaac was such a trooper throughout the whole process. His biggest complaint was not getting to play in the bathtub!
Thankfully, since he is so young he was only in a cast for just over two weeks! Amazing, how quick he heeled. There is nothing that slows him down now! The look on his face when he first realized he could straighten his arm was priceless!

Just getting around to your blog...those pictures! I can't get over how much Isaac and Joe look like they could be brothers, not just cousins! So glad he has healed so quickly! Cutest little man in a cast EVER!!!
