NC State offers a yearly farm days every spring. We have not been for several years. The kids had fun checking out all the farm animals.
Of course holding the chicks was the highlight!
They had tractors to crawl on too.

It was a bit chilly and early in the AM, but we still enjoyed the fresh dairy ice cream!
Lots of fun extending our learning about animals outside!

Ice cream for breakfast!!! Grammy thinks thats wonderful!!! Nothing like a trip to the Zoo or a farm to reinforce Gods enormous creativity and wisdom in design!!
