Reading buddies! Luke has been a bit worried that when we find out the gender of baby #5 (on June 7th!!) that either Jake or Grace will be left out without a "buddy". We keep assuring him that no matter what it will be okay. They are all so close and such buddies, no one will be left out!
My little kitchen helpers! The kids love helping in the kitchen and one of their all time favorite jobs is husking corn! (Which is fortunate for me since I don't care for this job!) They make quite a team. On Mother's Day Daddy grilled and the kids helped make lunch. They set up their own system of team work all on their own. One would do the initial husking, one was assigned quality control of the silk strings, and the third was assigned to sweep the floor for dropped silks and husks. Then they rotated. It was so cute to watch, all on their own initiative! Of course Jake just looked cute and got in their way trying to "help" too!

Precious! That first photo of Jacob's face made us laugh out loud! We love you guys and are so grateful your kids have each other and will never be lonely! :-)
