Hanging on to fall.....

Well, here at the Morgan house we are trying to hang on to every last bit of fall that we can. The leaves behind our house are almost all gone, which we miss....but we do enjoy spending hours outside discovering all the different shapes and sizes of leaves that are now within our reach! Today it has gotten really cold here, which is good because next week we will be going to Pennsylvania for Thanksgiving....so we better get used to some cold weather!

We were reading a book the other night and Mommy was having a really hard time describing snow to us, so in the end she settled with really cold rain, that will have to do until we see some snow for ourselves! Even though we are sad to see fall on its way out, we are excited to have our first winter where it is actually cold! Because cold weather means footed pajamas, hats and mittens, and so much to learn about as a family as we create holiday traditions!!

Last weekend we also had a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Morgan, we had lots of fun playing with them, and Mommy and Daddy got to enjoy a much overdo date!
Love,
Luke and Ben

P.S. Update on snow....there were snow flurries today, but it was while we were taking a nap....still waiting to see snow!

What a great update! Yes, it was cold here and we got snow too...when the kids were napping! I'm like you though: mittens, footed pajamas, hats- I love it!

Have a great Thanksgiving!
